Challenges
Showcasing product value and results to build consumer trust was the biggest challenge. In a saturated market, how could we bring the right kind of attention to StriVectin’s brand without marking down prices? Surfacing testimonials at the category (or problem) areas as well as highlighting usage results at the product level established a more trustworthy position with consumers.
